PRESIDENT
Farrah took over Tree Tools USA in 2021. Tree Tools USA (formerly Artistic Arborist Inc.) is a Valley staple. She feels honored to have the trust of the previous owners and is committed to taking the company to the next level. Her vision for Tree Tools USA is focused around high level customer service. Her ‘how can we help’ attitude builds long standing relationships customers can count on. Prior to joining the Tree Tools USA, Farrah spent eight years as a business development specialist in the investment banking industry focusing on mergers and acquisitions totaling more than $500 million in transaction value.
Rhonda
Store Manager
Rhonda is our tenured Tree Tools USA queen! She has 10 years of experience in the arboriculture supply world, and over 25 years of customer service experience. She is extremely knowledgeable in both arborist gear and climbing systems. You will often catch Rhonda wearing the regal purple hues befitting her title, and when she isn’t negotiating killer deals, she enjoys chocolate and reality TV.

Emily has been with Tree Tools USA since 2017 and loves to discuss all things tree-tools. She is always looking out for the latest in technology and gadgets to get you climbing longer, faster, and higher!
Jen
Sales Associate
With almost a year at Tree Tools USA, and 42 years of retail and customer service experience, Jen is energetic and a hard worker who is eager to learn. Jen likes to get outdoors and enjoys cooking and dogs (but not cooking dogs!).
Tami
Sales Associate
Tami is the rookie on-site! But don’t be fooled, she picks things up quickly, (just not if they are heavier than 25lbs!) Tami enjoys helping others and getting work done.
